• Mission: Lead Hilton’s enterprise partnership portfolio, ensuring current and prospective partners align with Hilton’s integrated marketing goals, business priorities, and global customer growth strategy.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Develop and own the strategic roadmap for Hilton’s global enterprise partnership portfolio, ensuring alignment with commercial, marketing, brand, loyalty, and customer engagement objectives.
• Portfolio Management: Lead ongoing management of current partners across various categories, ensuring each relationship has clear objectives, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
• Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new partnership opportunities that advance strategic marketing priorities and create differentiated value for Hilton Honors members, guests, and owners.
• Commercial Leadership: Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to support negotiations, renewals, contracting, compliance, and risk mitigation across the partnership lifecycle.
• Performance Governance: Establish measurement frameworks, scorecards, business reviews, and reporting processes to track partner performance and communicate impact to senior leaders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director level within partnership strategy, strategic alliances, partner management, and/or sponsorships, preferably within a consumer brand, hospitality, or travel environment.
• Experience: Ten (10) years of professional experience, including five (5) years in partnership strategy and management roles. Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value partner relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting negotiations, business cases, contract deliverables, and budget management.
• Skills: Strategic partner leadership, marketing acumen, commercial discipline, cross-functional influence, portfolio management, negotiation, performance framework development, and executive reporting.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field; Travel/Hospitality industry experience; Experience with managing celebrity partnerships for a major brand.
