• Mission: Ensure the successful operation of assigned rehabilitation locations by delivering the highest standard of rehabilitation services in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible patient outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Directly manage the successful operations of assigned rehabilitation locations, focusing on delivering the highest standard of services efficiently while achieving optimal patient outcomes.
• Clinical Standards & Compliance: Ensure all clinical services meet evidence-based care delivery standards and maintain full adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, hire, orient, develop, and provide support to a dedicated team of therapists and assistants, encompassing both Enhance Rehabilitation staff and contract labor.
• Clinical Program Management: Oversee the clinical management of the rehabilitation department, specifically focusing on case management, quality improvement initiatives, care planning, and ensuring positive patient outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Program Delivery: Provide excellent customer service to the location team, clients, and families; deliver necessary reports; and develop and implement programs specifically tailored to the patient population.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is a Director-level position requiring leadership in rehabilitation services. Candidates should possess a strong clinical understanding of rehabilitation principles, particularly within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Experience: Proven experience in managing successful operations within rehabilitation services, including the hiring, orientation, development, and support of therapy staff and contract labor. Must have experience with clinical management aspects such as case management, quality improvement, and care planning.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities for interacting with management, location teams, clients, and families. Strong capability in ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing evidence-based care delivery standards. Proficiency in developing and implementing patient-specific programs.
