• Team: Leads and supervises maintenance personnel.
• Mission: Owns the daily operations of the maintenance department to ensure a safe, compliant, and fully operational facility.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee: Guide the daily operations of the maintenance department to ensure a safe, compliant, and fully operational facility.
• Lead: Manage, supervise, and assign tasks to maintenance personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Inspect: Conduct routine inspections of equipment, building systems, and physical structures for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate: Schedule and oversee repairs, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
• Respond: Address emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director. Core domain knowledge in safety regulations, equipment maintenance standards, and facility compliance requirements.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a skilled nursing facility.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills, organizational skills, knowledge of safety regulations, knowledge of equipment maintenance standards, knowledge of facility compliance requirements.
