• Patient Advocacy: Serve as the primary resource for patient and family questions, offering proactive support and coordinating special requests.
• Reputation Management: Gather feedback, encourage Google reviews and testimonials, and address concerns to build Autumn Lake’s five-star reputation.
• Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and train the hospitality team to deliver consistent, high-quality, and personalized service aligned with five-star standards.
