This is a Director-level role at Moloco, located in Menlo Park, California, USA. Moloco builds powerful AI advertising solutions, democratizing access to advanced AI historically reserved for tech giants. This role is crucial for leading company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and serving as a key finance partner to Corporate Functions. It requires a proven FP&A leader to scale planning processes, systems, and talent during a period of significant growth.

• Mission: Own company-wide planning rigor, forecasting cadence, and financial partnership for Corporate Functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Enterprise Planning Leadership: Own and standardize Moloco’s internal financial planning cadence across all business units, including Annual Planning, Long-Range Planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Corporate Finance Partnership: Act as the primary finance partner for Corporate Functions, managing G&A budgeting, headcount planning, spend, and variance analysis.
• Strategic Decision Support: Lead development of high-impact financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Planning Infrastructure: Own and evolve planning models, tools, and systems to improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency while partnering with Accounting and Finsys.
• People Leadership: Lead and develop FP&A talent, setting clear expectations for analytical excellence and business partnership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level professional with a strong understanding of core finance domains. Advanced degrees or certifications like CPA, CFA, or MBA are preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related analytical roles, including prior experience operating at Director or equivalent scope with enterprise-wide ownership and executive exposure.
• Skills: Expert-level financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and planning; strong strategic judgment to assess ROI and guide prioritization; proven ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven storytelling; deep understanding of planning systems and infrastructure.
• Bonus: Experience in AdTech, usage-based software, or high-growth tech is a plus, as is FP&A experience supporting a publicly traded company with exposure to public-company reporting and planning cycles.
