• Mission: To lead the structuring, pricing, execution, and distribution of diverse financing and capital solutions to meet client capital objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Lead the structuring, pricing, execution, and distribution of financing and capital solutions across debt, equity, hybrid, and structured products.
• Client Development: Originate and develop client relationships, designing financing solutions that align with their capital objectives.
• Market Strategy: Direct syndication, placement, and secondary market trading activities, ensuring alignment of distribution with market appetite.
• Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on capital structure optimization, liability management, and credit rating strategy across various debt instruments.
• Deal Negotiation: Negotiate final pricing, terms, and allocations in close collaboration with origination, credit, syndicate, and risk partners.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, combined with demonstrated client-facing or execution experience, including independent deal or project accountability.
• Experience: Proven background in originating, structuring, pricing, executing, and distributing diverse financing and capital solutions across debt, equity, hybrid, syndicated, and structured products. Required experience includes advising clients on capital structure, liability management, and credit rating strategy within financial or highly regulated industries.
• Skills: Advanced expertise in origination, structuring, pricing, and distribution of complex financing solutions. Proven expertise in liability management execution, including tender offers, consent solicitations, and exchange offers. Deep expertise in preferred stock, convertible bond, and hybrid capital instrument structuring, including rating-agency and regulatory-capital treatment. Advanced proficiency in syndication, distribution, and secondary loan trading across bank and institutional investor channels. Extensive knowledge of credit agreements, indentures, covenants, intercreditor dynamics, and security arrangements.
• Bonus: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree. Certifications such as FINRA Series 79 and 24, CFA, FRM, MiFID II registration, or SFC Type 1 and Type 6 licensing may be preferred depending on regional requirements. Experience with cross-border transactions and global investor coverage is also preferred.
