Digital Travel Product Intern | AAA Auto Club Enterprises

This team builds digital solutions that exceed members’ expectations and drive the future of travel. This role works with Big Data, Adobe Analytics, and Travel IS teams. The goal is to understand how digital tactics drive real-world sales, both online and offline.

• Mission: Act as an internal Data Consultant to bridge data gaps and understand how digital tactics drive online and offline sales.
• Tech Stack: Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Big Data Lake, Travel Booking SOR, Tableau, SQL, MS Office Suite, Jira (plus), Confluence (plus), Slack (plus)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Synthesize Data: Identify user journeys from digital touchpoints to final bookings using existing data.
• Consult & Collaborate: Partner with teams to navigate data structures and extract meaningful insights.
• Build Dashboard: Design a Tableau dashboard for a 360-degree view of travel performance.
• Storytell with Data: Translate metrics and attribution gaps into clear, actionable business stories.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a 3rd or 4th-year degree in Data Science, AI, Business Analytics, or related STEM field.
• Experience: Proficiency in Tableau with UI/UX principles for data visualization; experience writing SQL queries.
• Skills: Analytical mindset to find the “Why” behind data; strong communication and relationship-building for consulting.
