Digital Marketing Intern | Kaili Woop
The Tone:
This is an internship at Kaili Woop, located remotely in the U.S. Kaili Woop is a multidisciplinary art and design brand rooted in traditional printmaking techniques, offering original fine art, wearable pieces, and creative services. This role is designed for a passionate, driven individual eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, graphic design, social media management, and grassroots brand building. You will play a key role in growing the brand’s digital presence and helping shape its voice.

• Team: Reports to the Founder/Creative Director.
• Mission: This person will grow Kaili Woop’s digital presence and help shape the voice of the brand across various platforms.
• Tech Stack: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar), Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender
What You’ll Actually Do
• Social Media Management: Maintain and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, Pinterest, and LinkedIn using Business Suite and in-app tools.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with accounts daily to increase visibility and grow the follower base, and manage inbox responses promptly.
• Content Production: Create and edit visual content, including carousels, reels, and collage images, for social media, web, newsletters, blog posts, and press kits.
• Trend Research & Design Support: Research and compile digital trends to assist in content planning, and help update and design product and service catalogs for social media leads.
• Strategic Collaboration: Attend weekly Zoom check-ins and monthly performance reviews, contributing candid feedback and creative ideas during strategy sessions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. This role is for individuals passionate about creativity, branding, and digital storytelling, eager to learn and open to feedback, contributing to a multidisciplinary art and design brand.
• Experience: Prior experience managing or creating content for social media platforms is essential, coupled with an interest in marketing, particularly within the art or fashion sectors.
• Skills: Strong organizational and critical thinking skills, basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar), professional communication, and punctuality are required.
• Bonus: Experience with copywriting, content scheduling, Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and Blender is a plus.
