Job Description:
This is an unpaid, class credit, 15 hours/week, 4-month long internship with Front Row, a digital marketing group focused on the beauty industry. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with major beauty brands and contributing to various digital marketing tasks, with a strong emphasis on social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management & Social Media:
• Assist the team with daily administrative and project-related tasks.
• Monitor content, campaign, and social media ad performance metrics.
• Analyze data from social measurement tools and contribute to client-facing reports.
• Schedule and manually post platform-specific content.
• Stay updated on social media trends and app updates.
• Participate in content strategy and brainstorming sessions.
• Utilize Google Suite to support team operations.
• Content Creation & Community Management:
• Draft social media captions and contribute to copywriting efforts.
• Track brand mentions and sentiment across platforms.
• Engage with online communities, maintaining brand voice.
• Provide insights for client reports using social listening and analytics tools.
• Influencer & Partnership Management and Social Listening:
• Actively engage with the online community, representing the brand with expertise.
• Research potential content creator partners.
• Generate content ideas based on trends in the social media and beauty industries.
• Assist in contracting and briefing paid content creators for brand partnerships.
• Support briefing, contracting, and organizing shipments for influencer campaigns.
• Track influencer trends and develop relevant creator content strategies.
Requirements:
• Must be enrolled in a 4-year university and eligible to receive college credit.
• Commitment of 15 hours per week, with a work schedule determined upon hire.
• A strong passion for beauty, social media, and digital marketing is essential.
