• Mission: Assist in executing digital marketing strategies for Club Med’s USA and Canada markets, focusing on website content, optimization, and performance monitoring.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Update Websites: Update and animate content on B2C and B2B websites to keep promotions and product information current for USA and Canada markets.
• Optimize Site Performance: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on site optimizations, which include SEO, website UX, eCommerce, and on-site search improvements.
• Resolve Website Issues: Monitor the website for issues, errors, and broken links, then work with eCommerce and Marketing teams to implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to Redesigns: Contribute to redesign projects for various digital platforms.
• Analyze Digital Performance: Regularly generate, analyze, interpret, and communicate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results related to digital strategies.
• Provide Digital Assistance: Assist with various other digital-related tasks as needed by the team.

• Background: Student seeking valuable experience in digital marketing and the eCommerce industry.
• Experience: Demonstrated desire to learn and excel in digital marketing; some proficiency in graphic design and layout.
• Skills: Excellent native English communication skills (verbal and written); ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and follow directions effectively; strong interpersonal, teamwork, planning, and project management skills; creative, detail-oriented, and flexible approach.
• Bonus: Knowledge of back-office systems for websites and applications.
