Digital Marketing Coordinator | Premise Health

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Scheduling: Manage and maintain the social media publishing calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, scheduling approved content.
• Email & Landing Page Staging: Build, stage, and quality assure marketing emails and landing pages in HubSpot, ensuring accurate formatting, links, personalization, and compliance.
• List Management: Execute list pulls, uploads, segmentation, suppression list maintenance, and routine data hygiene tasks in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Quality Assurance: Perform pre-send and pre-publish checks on emails, landing pages, blog posts, and social posts, verifying links, images, copy accuracy, and compliance elements.
• Campaign Calendar Maintenance: Maintain the centralized campaign calendar by updating statuses, deadlines, and deliverables for cross-functional visibility.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related coordination/support role.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media scheduling tools.
• Bonus: Internship or entry-level experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) is a plus, along with an eagerness to learn and grow in a B2B marketing environment.
