Digital Marketing & Client Development Intern | Collections That Care
The Tone:
This is an internship at Collections That Care, taking place at their David Zwirner gallery located in New York, NY. David Zwirner is a global contemporary art gallery representing seventy artists and estates, active in both primary and secondary markets. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the gallery’s client development and digital marketing efforts, playing a part in their evolving digital strategy and client relations.
The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (4 days/week)
• Location: In-person, New York, NY
• Pay: $17 hourly
• Team: Works closely with Client Development Assistants and the Digital Marketing team, assisting the Sales Team.
• Mission: To support the client development and digital marketing functions by managing information, ensuring communication coverage, and assisting with research.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Entry: Enter information accurately and efficiently into the gallery’s database system.
• Inbox Management: Ensure continuous coverage and diligent management of shared inboxes.
• Sales Research: Assist the Sales Team by conducting various research projects as needed.
• Client Development Support: Provide direct support to the Client Development Assistants in their daily tasks.
• Digital Marketing Assistance: Aid the Digital Marketing team in their operational activities and projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A genuine interest in contemporary art is essential.
• Experience: Must be comfortable and capable of working with large amounts of data; one previous art industry internship is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, diligence and discretion, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Bonus: An enthusiasm for the evolving intersection of art, client relations, and digital strategy.
