Digital Banking Representative | Pelican Credit Union

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Pelican Credit Union, located in Baton Rouge, LA. This position is key to maintaining an in-depth understanding of the credit union’s digital banking platform and product offerings, directly supporting effective member support across all digital touchpoints. • Mission: Owns ensuring effective member support across all digital touchpoints by maintaining an in-depth understanding of the digital banking platform and product offerings, coordinating departmental initiatives and goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation Management: Organize and maintain accurate documentation, supporting department research initiatives from implementation to production monitoring.
• Collaboration Coordination: Coordinate, organize, and document department collaborations with internal and external resources to track department activities, initiatives, and goals.
• User Experience Support: Organize and update documentation related to the digital user experience, ensuring accuracy and clarity of the step-by-step process for support and training needs.
• Data Reporting: Maintain department data metrics and reporting processing tasks, including retrieving, organizing, and updating internal reports, and improving reporting formats with self-guided training.
• Digital Offering Optimization: Optimize the Credit Union’s digital offerings by researching, coordinating, and documenting collaborations with internal and external resources to gather relevant data and present cohesive results to team leaders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school education or equivalent; general knowledge of loan and account opening processes.
• Experience: 2 years of prior experience in a financial institution, including processing transactions and supporting digital and/or payment offerings.
• Skills: Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
