Development Analyst – Mergers & Acquisitions | SCA Health

• Mission: Lead pro forma financial models for SCA’s merger, acquisition and de novo activity across the country.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Lead the creation of pro forma financial models for merger, acquisition, and de novo activities nationwide.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to develop robust pro forma financial models.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Finance and Operational leaders to validate key assumptions within financial models.
• Deal Documentation: Prepare accurate deal summaries to inform enterprise resourcing and financial decisions.
• Presentation Support: Assist in preparing executive approval packages, external pitch decks, and market summaries by providing financial outputs and research.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in investment banking, accounting, finance, healthcare consulting, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and financial data analysis; strong ability to collaborate with finance and operational leaders; excellent communication for providing updates and supporting presentations; robust time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines; commitment to conducting business with the highest degree of integrity; ability to independently travel up to 10% as needed.
