Job Description: Design Intern

Raising Cane’s offers a 10-week internship program in their Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX. The program provides hands-on experience and mentorship within various functional areas of restaurant operations and support.

Specific to the Design Intern Role:

The Design Intern will work with the Restaurant Design team, contributing to daily tasks and projects. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Design Initiatives: Participating in ongoing project work.
• Project Execution: Assisting in various components and activities of assigned projects.
• Knowledge Sharing: Contributing relevant knowledge and insights gained from educational experiences.
• Collaboration: Participating in intern activities and development opportunities.
• Communication: Ensuring timely communication flow between the development team, architects, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant volunteer or work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Self-motivation, flexibility, high energy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and relevant computer design software.
• Willingness to travel locally to various restaurants and events.
