Job Description: Design Intern (Remote)

ESTEEM is seeking a highly motivated Design Intern to join their growing global team. This is a remote internship designed for students looking to earn school credit while gaining real-world experience in the fashion industry. As a Design Intern, you will work closely with their overseas design team on the development of upcoming collections, contribute to real-time design tasks, and learn the behind-the-scenes process of bringing a collection to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design team in day-to-day tasks across multiple projects.
• Attend virtual meetings and take detailed notes for internal tracking.
• Assist in creating and updating tech packs.
• Help organize digital assets and sketches.
• Use design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Cloud 3D) for basic editing or mockups.
• Collaborate with the overseas (Chinese-speaking) team on collection development.
• Gain hands-on exposure to real product development cycles.
