This role supports a critical pipeline restoration program by processing and validating large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy across operational records as outdated and damaged infrastructure is replaced. What You’ll Actually Do
• Validation: Review and validate over 60,000 records within Excel spreadsheets to ensure data integrity.
• Data Cleaning: Cross-check and clean data across three key columns, verifying all information is accurate and properly reflected.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Identify data discrepancies and conduct research to find correct information when needed.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all data updates and entries.
• Project Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet specified project timelines and productivity expectations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a strong foundation in data entry and data validation, demonstrating a meticulous approach to information processing. They are required to be eligible to work in the U.S. and provide two professional references.
• Experience: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, efficiently managing large volumes of data. This role requires the ability to start working ASAP.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for comprehensive data review, cross-checking, and cleaning across multiple columns; exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; capability to identify discrepancies and research correct information. Further requirements include a reliable internet connection, personal equipment for remote work, and the willingness to obtain TSA PreCheck.
