Data Entry Analyst | CGI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain data within internal databases and business systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Quality Control: Review source documents and records for completeness and consistency, then perform routine quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Information Security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
• Record Organization: Organize and manage electronic and physical records to support ongoing business operations.
• Operational Support: Generate reports, assist with data audits, collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve missing or inaccurate information, and support process improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; foundational understanding of data entry, administrative support, or records management.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong keyboarding and data entry skills with demonstrated attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Experience working with enterprise databases or customer information systems; familiarity with document management and records retention practices; experience performing data validation, reconciliation, or quality assurance activities.
