What You’ll Actually Do
• Input Data: Accurately enter and update various types of data into computer systems and databases utilizing prescribed software applications, ensuring efficient processing of information.
• Verify Information: Thoroughly review and compare entered data against source documents to verify its accuracy and completeness, minimizing potential discrepancies.
• Maintain Integrity: Perform regular data quality checks to detect and correct any errors or inconsistencies, thereby ensuring the integrity and consistency of all entered information.
• Ensure Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols for all data handled, adhering to established procedures and company policies.
• Provide Support: Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies, assist in generating required reports, and offer administrative support to other departments as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, demonstrating a foundational educational background suitable for this detail-oriented role.
• Experience: Requires proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role, with a strong proficiency in using various data entry software and applications to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
