What You’ll Actually Do
• Information Management: Systematically input and update client, account, and transaction details within internal systems.
• Quality Assurance: Review documents thoroughly to confirm accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established company standards.
• Record Keeping: Organize and maintain both digital and physical records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
• Data Validation: Verify entered data and meticulously identify any discrepancies that require correction.
• Administrative Support: Provide assistance with reporting, filing, and other general administrative tasks as necessary.
• Confidentiality Handling: Process and manage sensitive financial information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Internal Communication: Liaise with internal teams to facilitate efficient and accurate data processing workflows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Strong typing skills, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems; strong organizational and time management abilities; professional communication skills and the capacity to handle confidential information.
• Bonus: Previous data entry, administrative, or financial services support experience preferred.
