What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Manage and update information within company databases and systems with precision and efficiency.
• Data Integrity: Review information for accuracy and completeness, verifying and correcting any discrepancies found in records.
• File Organization: Systematically organize and maintain both digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
• Reporting & Support: Generate necessary reports and retrieve specific information as requested by team members across the organization.
• Information Security: Handle all confidential information securely and in strict accordance with established company policies and procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent, with a foundation in administrative or clerical work.
• Experience: Strong typing skills demonstrating a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word, and excellent attention to detail.
• Bonus: Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred, along with familiarity with database systems and data management tools.
