What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.
• Insight Generation: Apply statistical and analytical tools to identify key trends, patterns, and correlations hidden within complex datasets.
• Visualization & Reporting: Develop and design insightful dashboards, clear data visualizations, and comprehensive reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel.
• Strategic Communication: Present clear and concise data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, assisting cross-functional teams in making informed decisions.
• Quality Assurance & Learning: Perform rigorous data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency, and continuously stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data tools.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional holding a Master’s degree. We welcome candidates from all educational and professional backgrounds, including recent Master’s graduates without prior technical experience.
• Experience: No specific years of professional experience are required; candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, alongside a willingness to actively learn and master data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are vital for effectively presenting findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are also key.
• Bonus: Internship or relevant project experience in data analysis or visualization is a plus. Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases is preferred, as is knowledge of statistical concepts and tools such as Python or R.
