The Tone:
This is an internship at 11:11 Media, located in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY. 11:11 Media is a global next-gen media company founded by Paris Hilton, operating at the center of pop culture by connecting content, community, and commerce across film, TV, audio, music, books, consumer products, and digital platforms. This role is crucial for transforming data into faster decisions, smarter operations, and scalable AI-powered workflows. You will directly contribute to understanding business performance, uncovering insights, and automating processes across the entire company.
The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time, flexible schedule (20-25 hours per week); September 2026 – December 2026, with possibility of extension.
• Location: In-person, Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY
• Pay: $25–$35 hourly
• Mission: Help turn data into faster decisions, smarter operations, and scalable AI-powered workflows across the entire company.
• Tech Stack: SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI
What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze data: Analyze data across key business lines while surfacing trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Build data pipelines: Build and maintain data pipelines that extract, structure, and connect data across business systems.
• Implement AI workflows: Prototype, implement, and evaluate AI-enabled workflows, tools, and frameworks, such as GPTs, bots, and automations.
• Streamline processes: Partner with teams to streamline how data is collected, organized, and utilized.
• Support reporting: Support ongoing reporting and ad hoc requests with high-quality, repeatable outputs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with preferred studies in analytics, computer science, statistics, economics, or business.
• Experience: Practical application of AI tools and automation, including building things that get used; experience working with data using spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL, Python/R, or similar; experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking and comfort working through ambiguity; proficiency in SQL and Python for data retrieval, transformation, and validation; strong interpersonal communication, written, and presentation skills, capable of explaining findings to non-technical audiences.
