Job Description: Cybersecurity Intern

This role is for an enthusiastic and driven intern to join Capgemini’s Cyber team, with a specialized focus on identifying cost optimization opportunities through the implementation of bots. It offers a hands-on experience in cybersecurity, automation, and cost management within a dynamic and innovative organization.

About The Role You Are Considering:
The internship focuses on integrating cybersecurity knowledge with automation to identify and implement cost efficiencies. The intern will be involved in various stages, from research to monitoring, ensuring that automated solutions contribute to financial savings.

Your Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of current cost structures to pinpoint areas where bot implementation can lead to potential savings.
Bot Development: Provide assistance in the design, development, and deployment of bots aimed at automating repetitive tasks and enhancing operational efficiency.
Cost Optimization: Work collaboratively with finance and operations teams to evaluate potential cost-saving measures and implement solutions designed to reduce expenditures.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess the performance of implemented bots to ensure they are effectively achieving the desired cost optimization objectives.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports that present findings, recommendations, and clearly outline the impact of bot implementations on cost savings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to understand their specific needs and provide valuable insights into how bots can drive cost efficiencies.

Your Experience:

Educational Background: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Finance, or a closely related field.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C, and familiarity with bot development platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to identify significant cost-saving opportunities.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings and recommendations.
Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute effectively to the overall success of the Cyber Scope team.
Attention to Detail: Possesses a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in performing research and analysis tasks.
