Job Description:

Lockheed Martin MFC in Orlando, FL seeks a Cyber Systems Security Engineering Intern. This role offers involvement in highly innovative solutions to complex aerospace industry problems. The intern will work within a structured team framework and cross-functional engineering environment, utilizing technical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exploitation testing to enhance the integrity and security of weapon system environments.
• Perform penetration testing across various platforms and technologies, employing advanced techniques (embedded hardware, electronic warfare, radio frequency, etc.).

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerodynamics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. Ability to obtain a security clearance (US Citizenship required).
Desired Skills: Ability to develop exploits and recommend fixes/mitigation based on identified vulnerabilities; ability to perform source code and disassembled code reviews; experience with scripting (Powershell/Kickstart/Ansible/Python); ability to obtain a Level II DoD Certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M within six months of assignment.

Clearance Level: Secret
Work Location: Onsite, full-time in Orlando, FL.
Work Schedule: Part-time, as assigned by the leader.
Relocation: Possible.
