What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, professional support via email, phone, and online platforms, maintaining a positive client experience.
• Coordination & Scheduling: Assist with coordinating scheduling, reservations, and service requests, meticulously reviewing service details and confirmations for accuracy.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate client records and support documentation within internal systems, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
• Request Resolution: Track and proactively follow up on all open client requests to ensure their timely and complete resolution.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth overall client experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level individual who is dependable, service-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Candidates should be detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable with digital communication.
• Experience: Prior customer service or administrative experience is preferred. Experience in coordination or administrative support is also seen as a plus.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, comfort using online systems and customer support tools, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment, and reliable internet access.
• Bonus: A genuine interest in travel, hospitality, or event-related services.
