Administrative Assistant – Customer Services | American Insurance Point

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Retention: Handle policy renewals and ensure strong client retention.
• Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships and engagement.
• Partner Coordination: Coordinate with financial institution partners to update client information, policies, and payment processing.
• Data Management: Manage and organize data accurately and efficiently.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a strong foundation in customer service and administrative support, seeking growth within the insurance sector.
• Experience: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for communication and data handling.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, and in-person); Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and capacity to multitask; Proactive team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn; Fluency in both English and Portuguese required; Must possess valid work authorization in the U.S.
