What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers by taking orders accurately, both over the phone and in person, and greeting them promptly upon arrival, aiming for acknowledgment within 10 seconds.
• Service Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all patrons.
• Sales Contribution: Actively participate in upselling initiatives to enhance customer orders and overall sales.
• Financial Operations: Accurately handle cash transactions, processing payments and providing correct change.
• Operational Support: Maintain a clean and organized customer area and assist Pizza Makers with essential tasks such as topping preparation and dough handling.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. An understanding of customer service best practices and prior exposure to a retail or food service environment.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in direct customer interaction, order taking, and general front-of-house operations is beneficial.
• Skills: Proficient in clear verbal communication, cash handling accuracy, customer greeting, and basic problem-solving to address customer needs.
