Customer Service Representative | American Integrity Insurance

• Mission: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to agents and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Communication: Manage communications with agents, customers, and internal departments via text, chat, email, and phone.
• Information Delivery: Provide precise and accurate information to agents and insured customers regarding their policies and services.
• Issue Resolution: Research and resolve issues efficiently to address customer and agent concerns.
• Call Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally and expediently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative, general office, and clerical services, including processing mail and other correspondence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s Degree preferred; a combination of education and experience is required for this early career role.
• Experience: Two (2) years of personal lines experience, or contact center experience, or a combination of education and experience is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated skills in the use of computer software applications; proven ability in customer service; ability to communicate interpersonally with individuals and groups via telephone and in writing; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; ability to listen and communicate clearly while maintaining proper confidentiality.
• Bonus: Florida licenses 20-44 (Personal Lines), 2-20 (General Lines), or 4-40 (Customer Service) preferred; familiarity with various types of insurance policies.
