What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and utilizing appropriate resources
- Accurately document and process customer claims in relevant systems
- Follow required scripts and adhere to policies and procedures
- Attend training and meetings to stay updated on program knowledge and processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry and computer use
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with working from home environments
- Previous experience in state or federal work settings
