What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain Cleanliness: Perform janitorial duties to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas.
• Operate Equipment: Safely operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain its daily upkeep and care.
• Uphold Standards: Execute all duties listed on the daily schedule, maintaining the daily upkeep of assigned areas according to company protocols.
• Ensure Safety: Report incidents and hazardous conditions to the supervisor and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate and Support: Work effectively in a team with other employees, take direction, and support the shift lead in completing punch-list items.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, no specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• Experience: 3-6 months training or experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, and manuals; strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, compounds, and chemicals, including their safe and efficient use.
• Bonus: Bilingual proficiency is a plus; may be required to have a valid driver’s license; may be required to be forklift certified.
