Customer Account Success Intern | DNV
The Tone:
This is an in-person internship at DNV, located in Portland, OR or Corvallis, OR, with flexible work schedule and hybrid opportunities. This role is crucial for refining core customer processes, conducting research, and executing customer-related tasks, contributing to how customer success, operations, and go-to-market teams deliver value to customers.

• Tech Stack: Excel, MS CoPilot, Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), customer success tools
What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing and refining core Customer Success processes, documenting workflows, playbooks, and best practices.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on customer success software tools, industry trends, and gather customer insights from internal systems or feedback.
• Customer Execution: Assist with customer communications, follow-ups, coordination, and support customer meetings by preparing notes, agendas, or summaries.
• System Management: Help manage and update customer information in CRM or other internal systems to maintain accurate records.
• Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations teams, and support special projects or initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven ability to conduct research and summarize learnings.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable with basic tools such as Excel, MS CoPilot, or Microsoft Office.
• Bonus: Interest in customer success, account management, or SaaS/technology; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or customer success tools; appreciation and interest in learning and applying AI.
