Job Description:
Bitcoin Ai Startup Lab is looking for a CTO Co-Founder for a new venture launching within their pre-accelerator. This is a sweat equity position (no salary until funding). You will be building a new startup with the support of the lab’s training, co-founder matching services, and investor network, which will help you form a team and guide the company to investment readiness.
Responsibilities:
• Define and own the technical vision and product architecture.
• Build the MVP and core technology from the ground up.
• Collaborate with your co-founder and the Lab team to validate market demand.
• Participate in weekly sprints, workshops, and pitch reviews.
• Prepare technical materials for investor conversations.
• Lead the company through the investment-readiness milestone.
Qualifications:
• Full-time commitment to building a startup pre-funding.
• Experience as a founder, CTO, or early-stage technical lead.
• Expertise in blockchain, Bitcoin infrastructure, AI/ML, or smart contracts.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin protocols and the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to ship products independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high risk tolerance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in fundraising, pitching, or investor relations is a plus.
