• Customer Service: Serve customers efficiently and assist them with a positive attitude.
• Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain a clean and presentable restaurant environment that you are proud to work in.
• Team Collaboration: Pitch in and assist fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and take steps to resolve issues to ensure things are right.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No prior restaurant experience is required; comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you are well-prepared for the role.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is necessary.
• Skills: A positive attitude, a desire to learn new things and be part of a team, a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to stand and move for most of your shift, and effective use of restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
