What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and supporting business documentation to assess creditworthiness.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive credit presentations and complete SBA loan applications.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal team members, external borrowers, and third-party lenders throughout the loan process.
• Support: Support loan closings and ongoing loan servicing activities as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with both internal company policies and SBA guidelines.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field required (or in progress for December graduates).
• Experience: Open to early career professionals, including December graduates or interns demonstrating strong potential, with a desire to grow within the organization.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
