Position Overview: Creative Services Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Project Support: Actively assist our talented creative team throughout the entire lifecycle of innovative advertising campaigns. This includes supporting brainstorming sessions, contributing to concept development, and aiding in the execution across diverse channels such as digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing to ensure compelling brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
  • Project Management & Multimedia Production: Provide essential support in the coordination and management of multimedia production projects. This encompasses assisting with the logistical planning, scheduling, and on-site support for photo and video shoots, ensuring smooth execution from pre-production through to post-production and asset delivery.
  • Client Interaction & Insights: Gain invaluable exposure by shadowing and supporting the creative team during client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions. This provides a firsthand opportunity to understand client expectations, project requirements, strategic objectives, and the critical role of effective communication in client relationships.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct insightful research into current industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative techniques and technologies. Your findings will be vital in bringing fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and data-driven insights to the team, informing strategic decisions and ensuring our campaigns remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or a closely related discipline.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with team members, contribute in meetings, and interact professionally with clients and external partners.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a significant plus, as these tools are utilized for presentations, reports, project tracking, and internal communication. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is also advantageous.
  • Creative Aptitude: A demonstrable passion for creativity, an eye for aesthetics, and a willingness to learn and contribute innovative ideas to a dynamic team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
