Creative Intern (Social Media & Digital Design)

We are seeking a highly motivated Creative Intern with a keen eye for digital design and social media content. This individual should possess a deep understanding of what makes modern online content visually appealing, engaging, and high-performing. This role is perfectly suited for students or recent graduates in art, digital design, media, or creative communications who bring strong existing experience in visual content creation and editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging short-form video and photo content for various social platforms.
• Design high-quality graphics and visual posts that meticulously align with SRND AI’s distinctive branding.
• Craft compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions for all social media posts.
• Format and prepare content specifically for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Proactively identify emerging content ideas and trends relevant to artists and the broader music industry.
• Organize and ensure the timely delivery of finished posts to the social media scheduling system.

Requirements:

• A strong background or keen interest in art, digital design, media, or creative content.
• Demonstrable excellent visual design instincts and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong experience using Canva is essential.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and CapCut.
• Proven ability to create clean, modern, and high-quality visual content.
• A solid understanding of branding principles and aesthetic consistency.
• The capability to write clear, engaging captions, headlines, and social posts.
• A strong grasp of social media culture and what resonates and performs effectively online.
• Highly organized, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest design standards.
