• Team: Entertainment Department, reporting to the Show Wardrobe Supervisor.
• Mission: Create, maintain, and repair costumes and wardrobe items for diverse characters, events, and productions, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
• Tech Stack: Industrial sewing equipment, domestic sewing equipment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Costume Lifecycle Management: Oversee the daily cleaning, drying, and proper storage of all worn costume pieces, ensuring meticulous organization and executing minor repairs to maintain longevity and presentable condition.
• Costume Construction & Design Support: Construct specialized costumes as directed by the Supervisor, contributing to unique character designs and event themes, utilizing both industrial and domestic sewing equipment.
• Show Wardrobe Operations: Facilitate the efficient distribution of costumes to performers and provide essential assistance with basic sewing tasks to ensure seamless show operations.
• Workspace Management & Safety: Uphold a consistently clean and safe environment across all Show Wardrobe areas through diligent cleaning, organization, and strict adherence to park policies and safety procedures.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with Entertainment Management to broaden skill sets, provide comprehensive training to new personnel, and ensure preparedness for all show needs, even in challenging environments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Eligibility: Minimum age of 18 years. Core domain knowledge in costume creation, maintenance, and wardrobe management within an entertainment context.
• Experience: Proven proficiency in basic sewing, costuming, and laundry skills, demonstrated ability to operate both industrial and domestic sewing equipment. Must be available for afternoon/evening shifts, extending up to 90 minutes after park close, and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, effective teamwork, self-motivation, and the capacity to multi-task efficiently while maintaining an enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
• Bonus: A keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to maintaining an efficient workspace, and the ability to confidently navigate around scenic elements in low-light and confined spaces.
