The Tone:
This is a part-time, in-person role at Acosta Military Sales, LLC, focused on the in-house marketing, promotion, and direct sale of cosmetic products. The company facilitates the sale of consumer goods, specifically beauty products, to military communities. This role is crucial for significantly impacting the sales volume of assigned products by engaging customers and effectively communicating product history and promotional strategies within specified retail locations.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $46300–$66100 yearly
• Mission: To significantly and positively impact the sales volume of assigned cosmetic products through in-house marketing, promotion, and direct sales.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Impact: Positively impact sales volume through individual in-house and point-of-sale involvement.
• Merchandising & Display: Design and set up eye-catching displays and consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store for cosmetic lines.
• Customer Service: Greet all customers with enthusiasm, accurately determine their needs, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, and suggest appropriate products.
• Brand Participation: Actively participate in the cosmetic line’s day-to-day business, animation, and in-store events, while creating memorable client experiences.
• Skill Development: Continuously pursue additional product knowledge and artistry techniques as needed to enhance skills and service, and participate in store meetings and training seminars.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma / GED required; deep understanding of the products and companies represented.
• Experience: 1+ year experience as a professional and/or freelance make-up artist.
• Skills: Strong selling skills; goal oriented with a drive to achieve targets; high energy person comfortable approaching and speaking with store customers; ability to do basic beauty make up; enjoys persuading people in a positive and engaging way.
• Bonus: Military experience a plus; Veterans encouraged to apply.
