The Tone:
This is a full-time internship program at Quad, located primarily at the corporate headquarters in Sussex, WI, with requirements for relocation to other U.S. sites. Quad is a global marketing experience company that helps clients win by using a data-driven integrated marketing and manufacturing platform to streamline solutions, reduce friction, and enhance marketing spend effectiveness. This program is critical for building the next generation of leaders by providing experiences that develop project management, business acumen, and foundational leadership skills, preparing individuals for impactful roles within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Participate in immersive, six-month rotations across key business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Finance, Creative Operations, and Legal.
• Project Management: Manage projects, make strategic contributions, and collaborate across teams within diverse rotational assignments.
• Problem Solving: Engage with real-world challenges, applying knowledge and skills to solve problems and deliver innovative solutions that move the business forward.
• Leadership Foundation: Build a strong foundation in leadership skills, learning how to influence others, manage projects, and think critically to align work with business goals.
• Executive Interaction: Regularly interact with and learn from top executives at Quad through mentorship, networking events, and executive-led panels.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Willingness to relocate to different Quad sites within the U.S. for six months or more; a strong interest in gaining a broad understanding of business operations.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically, with a demonstrated capacity for problem-solving and innovation.
• Bonus: A proactive mindset and a drive to solve challenges creatively; basic understanding of key business functions such as marketing, finance, and data analytics; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Graphic Communications, Marketing, Communications, or Packaging.
