The intern will play a key part in driving the company’s overall social media strategy, helping to create unforgettable stories and experiences for a global audience.

What You’ll Actually Do
Content Production & Scheduling: Support the Senior Social Media Manager in daily tasks such as editing Reels and TikTok content, and scheduling posts across all brand social media accounts.
Platform-Specific Content Strategy: Assist with writing captions for Pinterest and TikTok content, and contribute to the strategic planning of Pinterest content.
Community Engagement: Manage community interactions across all social channels by responding to and actively engaging with the Auberge social community.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Support monthly reporting needs by pulling key metrics and insights from social media tools.
Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct monthly competitive analysis within the hospitality and luxury lifestyle markets, and stay updated with channel-specific trends and technical updates across platforms like Pinterest and TikTok.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with a previous social media internship experience and a passion for social media and luxury lifestyle.
• Experience: Required proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and proficient with CapCut, Edits, Google Suite, Facebook Manager, Photoshop, Canva, Dropbox, and Excel.
• Bonus: Proactive ability to identify social media opportunities to achieve existing and future goals, excitement to support a luxury brand’s social media strategy, and preferred availability of at least 3 days per week (15-20 hours) for 4-6 months.
