What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning: Assist in developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and board exhibits, contributing to comprehensive financial planning.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and develop complex financial models to provide strategic insights and track performance against corporate targets.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators, to finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Strategic Guidance: Deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations to support high-level business decisions, M&A efforts, product launches, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various finance functions and cross-functional teams to gather critical financial information and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Skills: Evaluating complex financial performance, advanced forecasting, financial modeling, data analysis, understanding actuarial concepts for premium and claims projections, financial reporting, and preparing high-level presentations.
