What You’ll Actually Do
• Proposal Development: Formulate new business proposals for potential clients, utilizing data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.
• Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Develop comprehensive company forecasts and valuations, incorporating detailed financial modeling.
• Strategic Evaluation: Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios, translating high-level business objectives into clearly defined business cases, associated costs, and detailed schedules to support significant growth initiatives.
• Document Preparation & Communication: Prepare crucial documents related to the public issuance of stock, and write and edit material for various target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience.
• Investment Decision Support: Develop plans and follow up to manage net present value (NPV) analysis on candidates (product pipeline). Perform business case development, financial modeling, accounting, and valuation analyses, incorporating probability, time, cost, budget impacts, and returns, to allow for optimal strategic and investment decision-making, while also supporting efforts to prioritize and close key deals of strategic and/or financial significance for the company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience: Candidates should possess 3 to 6 years of general work experience.
• Skills:
• Data Analysis: The ability to determine and analyze trends from collected data to assist in compiling comprehensive reports that inform critical decision-making processes.
• Financial Modeling: Proficiency in developing financial and economic models for various purposes, including financial planning and ongoing monitoring.
• Budget Management: Capability to estimate and manage the effort and finances required to complete work within established budget constraints.
• Quantitative Reasoning: A strong understanding of numerical concepts and the practical application of mathematical operations, essential for analyzing financial reports effectively.
