As a Corporate Development & Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial part in shaping the short and long-term strategic direction of the business. You will also directly contribute to corporate development growth through strategic evaluations and project execution, supporting critical decision-making across the company.

• Team: Two roles available, one reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy, and one to the Senior Director, Corporate Development.
• Mission: Supports the short and long-term strategic direction and corporate development growth of the business through strategic evaluations and project execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess trends affecting the business and identify potential targets, partners, and investors.
• Modeling: Create financial models and valuation analyses using various methodologies to evaluate the impact of strategic scenarios and opportunities.
• Presentation: Develop executive-level presentations for discussion of strategic topics with company executives.
• Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to leaders across the business on topics including product strategies, market entry strategies, competitive positioning, operational improvement, and customer opportunity capture.
• Deal Support: Support deal execution activities, including preparing deal materials, coordinating due diligence, identifying risks and opportunities, and assisting with post-merger integration activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Skills: Financial modeling, valuation experience, market research, and the ability to develop executive-level presentations.
