Launch Graduate Program: Corporate Development (M&A and Investments) Analyst | Momentum

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Momentum, located onsite in Dallas, TX. Momentum serves as a global business transformation partner for Fortune 500 brands through its collection of independent companies. This entry-level analyst position is key to supporting the full lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, and investments within the Corporate Development team. The role offers recent graduates a structured Launch Program to contribute to strategic organizational growth initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Analysis: Spearhead market mapping exercises to identify potential acquisition targets and market trends.
• Financial Evaluation: Assist in evaluating M&A and investment targets by preparing valuation models and financial summaries.
• Deal Lifecycle Participation: Participate in the full deal lifecycle from LOI through diligence and integration, ensuring compliance.
• Diligence Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external advisors to support due diligence and reporting efforts.
• Post-Close Administration: Prepare offer letters, purchase accounting entries, and post-close schedules.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate in Spring 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience: Strong interest in M&A, investing, investment banking, or corporate finance, supported by relevant coursework or internships. Proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles.
• Skills: Foundational knowledge of financial analysis, including exposure to financial modeling, valuation concepts, and financial statement analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite. Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with financial modeling tools or databases, such as Pitchbook.
