What You’ll Actually Do
• Fundraising: Support equity and debt fundraising initiatives from preparation through execution.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, advisors, and strategic partners.
• Strategic Communications: Create executive-level presentations, board materials, investment cases, and strategic analyses.
• Financial Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support key decisions.
• Project Leadership: Lead diligence efforts and coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams for strategic initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a background in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations.

• Skills: A proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, influencing executive-level decision-making, operating successfully in high-growth environments, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Bonus: Industry experience within automotive manufacturing or industrial manufacturing.
