What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate: Evaluate potential acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Construct: Construct and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Perform: Perform due diligence and support transaction execution processes.
• Develop: Develop strategic recommendations for operating businesses.
• Partner: Partner directly with management teams on operational and growth initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, demonstrating core domain knowledge in investment banking, corporate development, or consultancy.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or consultancy.
• Skills: Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bonus: A strong interest in both M&A and broader business strategy.
