What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Perform financial analysis and modeling of acquisition target companies and divestiture opportunities.
• Research: Conduct industry research and competitive analysis for potential acquisitions and divestitures.
• Evaluation: Identify and assess key profit drivers, risks, and potential value related to transactions.
• Execution: Contribute throughout the full acquisition process, including origination, analysis, diligence, closing, and integration.
• Reporting: Prepare and present executive-ready materials for management and board-level review.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Prior experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity is required.
• Experience: Demonstrated analytical skills, including building and interpreting financial/valuation models (e.g., operating models, comparable companies/precedent transactions, valuation analysis). Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize and redesign workflows for measurable impact.
• Skills: Financial modeling, quantitative analysis, strategic recommendation development, detail-orientation, proactive problem-solving, operating with high ownership.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
