What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Strategic Growth: Support critical corporate development initiatives, encompassing financings, the establishment of strategic partnerships, M&A transactions, and efforts towards international expansion to accelerate the company’s trajectory.
• Manage Complex Projects: Coordinate cross-company initiatives and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective execution of complex and strategic projects that shape Phoenix’s future.
• Inform Capital Decisions: Construct and maintain detailed financial models used to rigorously evaluate strategic opportunities and provide data-driven insights for critical capital decisions.
• Generate Investment Insights: Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company analysis to develop robust growth and investment theses that guide the company’s strategic direction.
• Produce Key Communications: Prepare high-quality executive- and investor-facing materials, including comprehensive board decks, compelling fundraising presentations, and detailed strategic analyses to inform stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess 5+ years of professional experience, ideally originating from investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, deal execution roles, or other relevant strategic finance environments. This background demonstrates readiness to move closer to execution and long-term value creation.
• Experience: Hands-on experience is required in supporting significant transactions, including M&A activities, capital raises, or strategic investments. Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary initiatives from inception to completion.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical techniques. Exhibit expertise in preparing high-quality presentations tailored for executives, boards, and investors. Possess exceptional project management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences through excellent communication, coupled with a keen attention to detail for synthesizing complex information.
• Bonus: An expressed interest in infrastructure, clean technology, or industrial businesses is valuable. Additionally, exposure to investor relations, fundraising processes, or capital markets communications would be advantageous.
