What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Research: Conduct in-depth company, market, industry, and competitive research to proactively identify and rigorously evaluate strategic growth opportunities for the organization.
• Transaction Support: Support critical mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, investments, and other corporate development initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial screening to successful execution.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and meticulously maintain complex financial models, comprehensive valuation analyses, detailed transaction comparables, and various scenario analyses to generate robust support for investment recommendations.
• Due Diligence Coordination: Assist actively with due diligence processes by coordinating precise information requests, thoroughly reviewing gathered materials, summarizing key findings for stakeholders, and meticulously tracking open items across internal and external teams.
• Executive Communications: Prepare executive-ready presentations, detailed investment memos, comprehensive target profiles, essential meeting materials, and other crucial communications specifically tailored for senior leadership review and decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a closely related field. Candidates must possess a foundational understanding of corporate finance principles, valuation methodologies, financial modeling techniques, and the end-to-end M&A transaction processes.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience is required in a highly analytical role such as corporate development, investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or financial planning and analysis.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to proficiently interpret financial statements, operating metrics, and market data. Excellent organizational skills are essential for managing multiple workstreams, meeting deadlines, and handling diligence requests effectively in a demanding environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to summarize complex information clearly and concisely for senior leadership audiences.
